Agra: One person was arrested on Tuesday after a video surfaced online showing a 27-year-old man allegedly being made to run naked in a residential area after he was offered Rs 5,000 in Chandpa locality of Hathras district.In the footage of the incident, which occurred on Sunday, several individuals are seen encouraging the man to remove his clothes in return for money. He then ran naked through the locality, causing discomfort among residents, particularly women present in the area.DSP (Sadabad) Amit Pathak said, “After taking suo motu cognisance of the surfaced video, a sub-inspector posted at Chandpa police station filed a complaint on Monday, after which a case was registered under Section 296 (doing an obscene act) of the BNS.”“The main accused has been arrested, while another accused is being searched for,” DSP Pathak said.
